These collars come shipped in a box because they can not be laid flat and sent letter mail within Canada, so must include tracking. Shipping will show at checkout.
DETAILS
- Choose from the 6 patterns available
- Choose your width 3/4 inch or 1 inch width (3/4" width is recommended for up to a 15" neck, then a 1" width for over a 15" neck size)
- Go fully waterproof by choosing the black YKK buckle. If you choose the silver metal buckle you can definitely use it in the water just make sure it's clean from debris and dried after water exposure to ensure longevity
- Yes! You can add our signature attached ID tag
SIZING
- Measure your dog's neck where a collar would naturally sit (do not measure their current collar the measurement will be inaccurate)
- Add roughly the amount of two fingers under the collar to the measurement for wiggle room or the collar will be too tight (I recommend 1 inch extra, BUT you know your dog so factor in if their hair grows thicker and how tight or snug you want the collar)
- These collars DO NOT ADJUST they are made to your dog's individual neck size so it's very important to measure accurately and not guess. If you are unsure, reach out and I will be more than willing to help you out
- Because UV printed Biothane®️ is currently only offered in shorter lengths, only sizes up to 20 inches (including the wiggle room) will be accepted. Larger neck sizes will be available soon.
- No refunds or exchanges are available since these are custom made to your individual dog, so please take your time measuring
WHAT IS BIOTHANE®️?
Biothane®️ is extremely strong, waterproof, stinkproof, wipes clean, antimicrobial, latex free, and has a soft matte feel. It has a nylon core encased in Biothane®️.
IMPORTANT NOTES

- Keep in mind slight color variation can occur when viewing on different devices.
- Care instructions for the collars: hand wash with mild dish soap and warm and lay flat to dry
- The leather for tags is sealed and triple stitched onto the collar for strength. Do not try to dye the tags, they are sealed for protection. For tag cleaning, buff them with a soft cloth
- Darkening of the leather tag is normal, it's a natural process of real leather
- Items are made when the pre-sale closes and the raw materials have arrived. Expect 1-2 weeks after the pre-sale closes, then 1-2 weeks for production before shipping. Items are shipped out of our workshop on Nova Scotia, Canada

While I have taken care to use high quality materials to ensure a long lasting product, dogs are dogs and no product is 100% indestructible. Once the customer has received this product, it is their 100% responsibility in how it is used and to do so safely. It is also the customer’s responsibility to purchase a collar for their dog’s specific needs. Check for wear and tear and replace when necessary.
SHIPPING
All shipping to Canada and the United States only includes tracking (outside of North America does not). Any unexpected shipping charges such as customs will be the responsibility of the customer. I have no way of knowing if extra charges will be placed on your order during transport through customs.
REFUNDS
Since products are customized/personalized, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. If you feel there is a problem with the product please contact me.
