Ruff Custom Collars is built on the love for dogs and the desire to create products that dog parents will love. 

We're a Canadian owned business that started out as a side hustle in local markets way back in 2017, that turned into a full time e-commerce retail store. 

The owner previously worked in the pet industry training dogs, teaching obedience and behavior modification, and operating a busy dog daycare. Through this she learned what gear does and does not work for dog safety and owner convenience.

She was constantly finding hanging ID tags in the play yard at the daycare, and no one knew they were missing. Safety info should never get lost in case of emergency, so she set out to solve the problem. 

She started permanently attaching the tags and customers became OBSESSED!

This isn't just a business, it's a passion that gives us the absolute privilege of dressing thousands of dogs in stylish, durable and convenient gear.
