This listing is for a top piece only or a bottom piece only for our harnesses.
The top and bottom pieces on our harnesses can be switched out for different colors. This is a great way to add a new color to your dogs harness!
REGULAR HARNESS FEATURES:

Harnesses are made from strong polypropylene webbing which is UV/mildew/mold resistant and vibrant in color.
Harnesses are made when orders are placed and payment has cleared.
Please allow for 1-2 weeks for production before shipping, you'll receive a shipping notification email when your order has shipped. Items are shipped out of NS, Canada.
SIZING
Make sure you measure your dog accurately and compare to the size chart. If you measure incorrectly the harness will likely slide around too much or not fit. Please don't guess the size, these sizes are not universal to other brands of harnesses.

- Keep in mind slight color variation can occur when viewing on different devices.
- Darkening of the leather tag is normal. If it becomes dirty, just buff it out with a soft cloth.
- Care instructions: hand wash with mild dish soap and lay flat to dry. Do not put in the washing machine.
- While I have taken care to use high quality materials to ensure a long lasting product, dogs are dogs and no product is 100% indestructible. Once the customer has received this product, it is their 100% responsibility in how it is used and to do so safely. It is also the customer’s responsibility to purchase a harness for their dog’s specific needs. Check for wear and tear and replace when necessary.
SHIPPING
All shipping to the United States and Canada includes tracking (outside of North America does not). Any unexpected shipping charges such as customs will be the responsibility of the customer. I have no way of knowing if extra charges will be placed on your order during transport through customs.
REFUNDS
With the nature of personalized products, no returns or
exchanges will be accepted. If there are any problems with your order please contact within 3 days of receiving it and let us know. You can contact us at info@ruffcustomcollars.com
If you have received a product that is not personalized, you can exchange it as long as it has never been worn and the exchange is initiated within 3 days of receiving the item. Let us know you'd like to exchange it at info@ruffcustomcollars.com
Any extra expenses will be the responsibility of the customer.
