Refund policy

With the nature of personalized products, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. If there are any problems with your order please contact within 3 days of receiving it and let us know.  You can contact us at info@ruffcustomcollars.com 

If you have received a product that is not personalized, you can exchange it as long as it has never been worn, is returned in the same condition as it was shipped and the exchange is initiated within 3 days of receiving the item. Let us know you'd like to exchange it at info@ruffcustomcollars.com

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
